a perfect getaway
friendly team enjoyable stay rose petals
The reception team were friendly. They were pretty good. every staff member i met was polite, helpful and friendly. The stay was so enjoyable. before i arrived, communication was perfect. They arranged rose petals for my partner as a surprise. the location is fine.

Amazing Stay!
warm smiles fresh pastries comfortable desk fantastic location
Staff greeted me with warm smiles upon arrival, really a great start. Breakfast offered plenty delicious options, including fresh pastries plus cooked items, I had a hearty breakfast daily. My room had nice desk, so I was able to get some work done comfortably. Location was fantastic, the main attractions were super close, really convenient for exploring.
Street noise was noticeable at night, I think I should have packed earplugs.

My room included comfortable beds and premium bedding. It has air conditioning system. The bathroom featured complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels, I felt very pampered.

Staff members were attentive plus quick to address all requests. They gave personalized recommendations for local restaurants. Turndown service was provided each evening with extra chocolates.

small room expensive drinks
the room i got was quite small (i suspect they keep the good ones for the repeat offenders). it had a double bed and just enough space around it to swing a cat, if you were so inclined (i wasn't). opening the window was necessary because of the heat, but this meant i had a front-row seat to the taxi rank dramas and war memorial karaoke sessions all night. breakfast included fresh stuff, but the stake at £38 seemed a bit steep, and drinks weren't cheap either, hitting £18 for two.
